MISSION

To inspire positive systemic change in our society by eradicating all forms of bias. We accomplish this by helping organizations transform their cultures and eliminate institutional barriers that prevent full participation and productivity of all members.

• Systemic and institutional bias are the overt and covert dynamic expressions of power and privilege manifested through institutional policies, structures, and patterns of behavior that result in the advantaging and disadvantaging of groups of people based on skin color, ethnicity, physical and other characteristics. 
• Because it is insidious and longstanding, systemic and institutional racism, bias, and marginality of people are often ignored or are thought to be impossible to eliminate. 
• Passion4Pivot LLC challenges this notion and is dedicated to transforming institutions in order to eradicate these forms of bias.
